Our approach
Kenya doesn't have a shortage of property listings. It has a shortage of certainty. We chose to be a curated company rather than an open marketplace: we take on fewer properties, check each one properly, and stay with the buyer through the entire purchase.
That means we sometimes turn away property. It also means that when you see a listing here, someone at SWADEK has stood on that site, read those documents and put their name to it.

Submission is not approval. Every property — whether from a private owner, a developer or a partner — goes through the same internal review before it can be published.

Verification documents are held securely and never published. They are shared with serious buyers at the appropriate stage of the process, alongside their own lawyer.
